5. Payment Terms

All invoices related to services defined in your estimate are to be paid within 30 calendar days (Net 30) of the invoice date, unless otherwise noted. If an estimate has not been provided, Wasson Home Improvements, LLC will inform you of the amount due and provide a detailed invoice within a timely manner.

6. Payment Methods & Late Charges

Acceptable methods of payment include cash and check. Any invoices not paid within the Net 30 time frame will incur late fees. A monthly interest rate of 1.5% or the highest legally permissible rate will be applied until the invoice is paid in full.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes levied on the transaction described in the estimate. No tax exemptions will be recognized unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

8. Property Ownership of Materials

Any materials or goods supplied by Wasson Home Improvements, LLC will remain the property of Wasson Home Improvements, LLC until the total amount due has been paid in full.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear access to the work area and disclose any known issues that may affect the project. Delays or additional work caused by undisclosed issues may result in extra charges.

10. Liability & Warranty

Wasson Home Improvements, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages, structural issues, or hidden conditions that may impact the project. Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in the final contract.
